1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, enabling, or utilizing UnfollowPlus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must immediately uninstall the extension.
2. License Grant & Prohibited Conduct
You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal audience management. You expressly agree not to:
Reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or commercially sublicense the software.
Modify or circumvent built-in safety pacing or session rate limits.
Use the software in violation of applicable laws or third-party platform regulations.
UnfollowPlus functions strictly as a local, client-side assistive productivity utility running in your browser. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their account activity complies with all applicable Community Guidelines and Terms of Use of Meta Platforms, Inc. UnfollowPlus incorporates human jitter delays and daily safety ceilings, but does not warrant immunity from platform-side cooldowns, rate limits, or verification checkpoints resulting from high-volume operations.
4. Paid Subscriptions & Billing
UnfollowPlus offers optional Pro subscriptions (Monthly or Annual) processed securely by our authorized Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments.
Continuous Service: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Self-Serve Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time with one click via the customer portal linked in your receipt or directly within the extension under Manage Subscription. Upon cancellation, your Pro privileges remain active until the end of your prepaid period.
Refunds: All purchases are governed by our dedicated Refund Policy.
UnfollowPlus operates in harmony with the web interfaces and endpoints of Meta Platforms, Inc. Meta frequently modifies its internal architecture, CSS selectors, security checkpoints, and API response structures without advance notice. In the event that a third-party platform update causes temporary disruption to extension features:
Rapid Remediation Commitment: Our engineering team actively prioritizes and deploys compatibility hotfixes at the earliest operational opportunity to restore full utility.
Service Continuity: Temporary disruptions, latency, or feature deprecations resulting directly from external third-party platform modifications are recognized as force majeure events outside our direct control, do not constitute a software defect or breach of contract, and do not entitle the user to a retroactive cash refund.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS-IS")
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION IN THE EVENT OF THIRD-PARTY PLATFORM UI OR DOM CHANGES.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, House of 2 Studio, its founders, and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this software. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the total amount actually paid by you for UnfollowPlus during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

1. Digital Product & Try-Before-You-Buy
UnfollowPlus provides a robust, fully functional free tier that requires no login or credit card. We strongly encourage all users to test follower scanning, relationship categorization, and safe unfollow operations before upgrading.
Because Pro licenses grant immediate, permanent computational unlocking and higher operational limits upon payment, all purchases are generally final once access has been activated.
2. 48-Hour Technical Guarantee
We take pride in building rock-solid software. We provide full refunds under the following clear circumstances:
Activation Failure: Your payment processed successfully but your account failed to unlock Pro features and our engineering team cannot resolve it within 48 hours.
Duplicate Billing: You were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a payment gateway error.
Critical Software Defect: A reproducible technical bug originating within UnfollowPlus prevents the core functionality of the extension from operating on supported platforms, and support cannot resolve it.
3. Platform Limits & Exclusions
Refunds are not granted in situations outside of our direct software control, including:
Change of mind, accidental purchase, or lack of personal use after the plan was unlocked.
Temporary rate limits, action blocks, or verification challenges imposed by Instagram (Meta Platforms, Inc.) due to high-volume user activity exceeding safe presets.
Temporary service disruptions or feature latency caused by third-party Instagram updates, UI overhauls, or API deprecations, for which our team actively develops and releases compatibility hotfixes.
Failure to cancel a recurring plan before the renewal date (though cancellations will immediately stop all future billings).

You are never locked into a long-term commitment. You can cancel your subscription at any time without having to contact support by opening your purchase confirmation email and clicking Manage Subscription, or via the in-app subscription dialog.
